Wow! Where do I start? First off, I am excited to read the names of my classmates who will attend the 50-Year Celebration this year. It has been a long time!.  After high school, most of you know from other reunions that I attended Pierce to play water polo, got a scholarship to play at Fresno State and then transferred to San Diego State. I graduated with a BA and MA in coaching and pursued a career in swimming and water polo. Strange since I played basketball, but Mr Lee in high school encouraged me to drop swim team to concentrate on basketball.
I became very involved in swimming and polo and eventually landed an assistantship at USC for the 1984 Olympic Games where I was the pool manager. I was fortunate to have worked with many world class swimmers while at USC.  I have coached swimming and polo for several universities. While at USC,  I obtained my PhD in Sport Administration. I have been a college dean, chair and professor until this past May. Who would have guessed since I was an average student at Cleveland.  I am divorced with two teen children:  Mackenzie,  a senior number one on the tennis team and Connor on varsity  cross country and tennis and right now JV basketball as a sophomore. I am looking forward to catching up with my classmates from Sutter as well as basketball and YMCA club.
Right now I reside in Sherwood,  Wisconsin but I travel to California a lot. I am not sure I will recognize everyone, but here are some recent pics of me and others.
